Great Easter Dinosaur Egg Hunt
Date: 28th Mar 2015 to 19th Apr 2015
Forget about hunting for Easter Eggs at Easter and head to Britain’s original Dinosaur Museum this Easter to search for dinosaur eggs that are millions of years old. Over the Easter school holidays the Dinosaur Museum, in Dorchester, is holding the Great Easter Dinosaur Egg Hunt. It is the Easter Egg Hunt with a difference and involves children in actually exploring the museum to spot the dinosaur eggs on show and solving the Dinosaur Mystery. The Great Easter Dinosaur Egg Hunt is from Good Saturday 28 March to Sunday 19 April.
Throughout the Easter school holidays children can search the Dinosaur Museum with its original mix of actual fossils, skeletons, and life-size dinosaur reconstructions combined with hands on, interactive and AV displays, to discover the answers to the clues in the Dinosaur Mystery.
The Dinosaur Museum is great for families whatever the weather and is open daily, including Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.00-5.00. All children who solve the Mystery correctly and spot all the dinosaur eggs win a special Dinosaur Hunter Medal. The Dinosaur Museum is in the centre of Dorchester, the historic county town of Dorset, within easy reach of all main car parks.
